• To switch the system on, press this button to defrost the rear screen and, depending on version, the door mirrors. The indicator lamp in the button comes on.

  Defrosting switches off automatically to prevent an excessive consumption of current.

• To stop the defrosting operation before it automatically turns off, press this button again. The indicator lamp in the button goes off.

Switch off the defrosting of the rear screen and door mirrors as soon as it is no longer needed, as lower current consumption results in reduced fuel consumption.

Rear screen demisting - defrosting can only be operated when the engine is running.
